What is Backgammon
Backgammon is a board game which includes a board, dices and checkers. Only 2 players can play the game at a time on one board. Either they can bet or can play a friendly game. The playing pieces(checkers), according to the count on the rolled dice, are moved on the arrows drawn on the board. The player who is able to get all his checkers removed from the board first, wins the game.
There are many types of backgammon ways and rules varies from place to place. But the basics remain same. It is one of the oldest board games in the world and very interesting. It’s a strategic game but luck also plays an important role. There are various artiles/books available for the common tactics or tricks in the backgammon game.
The backgammon game can be played on a paper or wooden board. It can be played on computers too - either you can download backgammon game software or play it online. Online backgammon is becoming quite popular in gambling industry and various companies are coming up with it.
Those who like backgammon, old love playing Blackjack. Blackjack is a casino card game and is very popular due to the luck and skills it require. Also sometimes known as 21 blackjack, but in 21 blackjack, the player players against a casino dealer rather than against another player. The name 21 came from the bonus paid when one has Ace and black jack in the hand, but the bonus is not given now.
Both games are popular in gaming industry and requires skills to be a master of them.
